Consumers know they have a choice when it comes to receiving the quality of service they want. As businesses compete for customers, the technology-savvy consumer is utilizing sites such as Yelp or Angie’s List to share their personal experiences through reviews and commentary, and make educated decisions. Imagine if this same type of site existed where active military and veterans returning home from war could exchange information on the healthcare services and access data on doctors and hospitals.
