Requirements Management

Requirements Management

CCSi has extensive experience converting data collected during a business concept definition phase, and developing these concepts into quantitative requirements statements. During requirement definition and management we engage representatives from all stakeholders and organizations that will use, operate, maintain, and otherwise be operationally affected by the implementation of the system. CCSi requirements management activities support these efforts by coordinating resources, communicating roles and responsibilities, researching and benchmarking best practices, facilitate requirement seminars, facilitating the Team’s assessment, conclusions, and recommendations; and following operational issue resolution. CCSi employs our Configuration Management (CM) process to ensure goals and objectives are addressed with each new release. CCSi’s requirements tracking process focuses on tracking all design components and deliveries that result from specific requirement specifications (forward tracking), as well as the ability to identify which requirements generate any given deliverable (backward tracking).
