In order to meet ongoing and dynamic requirements in customer delivery, regulatory, statutory and intergovernmental objectives and compliance, the Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) has established a multi-award small business Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) BPA provides services for ongoing development and implementation of designated IT functional areas. CCSi’s BPA award comprises all functional areas, which includes, but are not limited to the following:

• IT Planning and Investment, Process Integration and Oversight

• Enterprise IT Application Development
