SeaPort–enhanced Contract Vehicle


SeaPort–e procurement is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract that offers support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life cycle support. Established in 2002 by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) centers to improve efficiency and reduce costs in performance-based service acquisition, its scope was expanded in August 2004 to comprise the Space and Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), the Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) and the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) among others, as additional Navy ordering agencies. A maximum of $5,300,000,000 of services will be procured per year via orders issued under this multiple award contracts.

Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. is prepared for rapid response to meet the challenge of carrying out task orders that are essential to the National Defense. Our company assembled a team that includes Perot Systems Government Services, Data Systems Analysts Inc., Learning Systems International Inc., Kirkpatrick Consulting, Pappas Associates and CryptoLex Inc. Through the diverse set of core capabilities brought by this team, CCSi is ready to submit proposals for engineering, software engineering, technical and network support, information systems development and Information Technology support solicitations in a large part of the country, covering the Midwest, the Mid-Atlantic and the National Capital regions.
