Now more than ever, agencies are challenged to make their credit and financial management systems more robust and transparent. CCSi has experience providing complete life cycle management in support of major credit and financial systems. 

For example, on a managed services basis, CCSi is now completely overseeing the VA’s massive home loan program, called Project VALERI (VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface. Based on its assessment of more than 25 legacy systems supporting the VA’s loan program, CCSi re-engineered a total loan management solution integrating those legacy systems. As the prime contractor, CCSi currently manages the entire home loan system supporting more than two million VA guaranteed loans. In addition, CCSi’s tasks include quality assurance and surveillance, risk management, security planning, certification and accreditation support, and system readiness reviews for all SDLC phases and testing. CCSi is also providing nationwide help desk support for VA users and servicers.

For U.S.Customs and Border Protection (CBP),CCSi is responsible for tracking the movement of currency in excess of $10,000 across U.S. borders. CCSi handles the data entry and quality assurance of several thousand currency reports daily — quickly and with little backlog. CCSi performs verification on 100 percent of all entered data. Our project team maintains a high-security, regularly inspected facility with extensive protection procedures to ensure the integrity of the information. The quality of CCSi’s work is regularly confirmed by independent verification and validation contractors.
